For items purchased online, you may initiate a full refund within 28 days, you then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us provided it is in its original packaging with the labels attached for a refund.
(Please note: Shipping is non-refundable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original method of payment full name / order number. (Bank statements can also be accepted)
Exchange
Please visit the store for any exchanges. Should you wish to post the items back to us this will be at your own risk and we strongly recommended you send via recorded delivery.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us, we do recommend you take out adequate insurance for any loss or damage that may occur during your return shipping, these shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note we do not insure your return items if damaged during the return shipping you will need to contact your courier to recover your costs for any loss / damage.

In the unlikely event of your order being incorrect, we will take full ownership of making arrangements to have your order collected and exchanged via post or offer you a full refund.

Refund Approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method and will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note: It mat take up to 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Socks / Tights are NOT returnable once opened / worn
Damages and issues
