Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, 7 days upon arrival of your order you may claim a full refund if the items are not worn and in its original packaging. Anything after will be an exchange only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt (Bank statements must be shown as a hardy copy not scanned).

Socks/tights are not returnable once opened/worn.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges 
Please visit the store for any exchanges. Should you wish to post the items back to us this is possible however this will be at your own risk as we do not take responsibility of items post to us without it being recorded therefore we ask you make sure it is tracked.  



Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and be contacted by one of our team. Please remember it can take 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
