Returns

For items purchased online, you may initiate a full refund within 14 days, you then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us provided it is in its original packaging with the labels on.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt (Bank statements will only be accepted as a hardy copy).

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by contacting us on info@truuniforms.co.ukor 0161 998 1446

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Socks/tights are not returnable once opened/worn.

 

Exchanges 
Please visit the store for any exchanges. Should you wish to post the items back to us this will be at your own risk and we strongly recommended you send it back with a tracking number. 

 

Refund Approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and be contacted by one of our team. Please remember it can take 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
